New hires get a Mac that sets itself up the first time it's opened. People who leave get locked out the same day, and their machine is wiped and ready for the next person without Activation Lock getting in the way. Every new macOS release is tested against your apps before it reaches anyone's laptop.

No two clients get the same setup. A design studio and a defense subcontractor need different things from the same Jamf tenant, so security posture, monitoring and update deadlines are set per client and written down where you can read them.
