One Account. One Password.
Most people have two passwords for one job: the one for their Mac and the one for everything else. They drift apart, someone gets locked out, and the helpdesk resets it again.
Jamf Connect puts your identity provider on the Mac login window. New hires create their Mac account with their work credentials the first time they open the lid, multi-factor included. After that, the Mac password stays in sync with the cloud one. When someone needs admin rights for ten minutes, they can request them without holding a permanent admin account.
Apple's own Platform SSO now covers some of the same ground, built into macOS. Which one fits depends on your identity provider, your fleet and how you handle admin rights. We'll tell you which one we'd use and why, then set it up.
Already running Jamf Connect? We'll check the configuration, fix what's drifted, and tell you honestly whether it's still the right tool.
